Objective of the EUNICE Summer School

The EUNICE network has been created to foster the mobility of students, faculty members and research scientists working in the field of information and communication technologies and to promote educational and research cooperations between its member institutions.

The 2001 EUNICE Summer School, which will be the seventh of its kind, focuses on Internet Quality Of Services QOS and Security. The main goal of the Summer School is to give the researchers and particularly the Ph.D. students the opportunity to present their work at an international level. For the seventh occurrence, Eunice Summer School 2001 will be associated with the international IFIP TC6 WATM'2001 event.

Beside the research papers presentations, the Summer School will also include a number of tutorials, presented by experts in the field, and demo's of courses and software developed within the EUNICE-Candle project.
